How can I place my order with HBS?

You can place your order online (click here to Incorporate Online Now!), over the phone at 1-800-345-CORP, via fax at 1-302-645-1280, or through the mail at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE, 19958.

When do I pay HBS?

HBS requires that you pay at the time you place your order because we are required to pay the Delaware Division of Corporations their filing fees before we can file your incorporation documents. The State will not refund these filing fees.

How do I pay HBS?

If you order one of our incorporation packages online on this website, you can pay via credit card at the time of your order through a real-time credit card processing gateway built into our ordering system. This allows you to transmit your private credit card information over a secure server.

We also accept certified checks and money orders. You can send them to 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE, 19958, and we will process your order as soon as your mail arrives at our office. We do accept personal checks, however, keep in mind that we will not be able to process your order until your check has cleared at our bank (normally, about two weeks).

Lastly, you can pay via wire transfer. Simply email us at wires@delawareinc.com and we will forward our wire transfer information to you shortly thereafter.

Why is it so inexpensive?

Compared to using a law firm and spending thousands of dollars to incorporate, you can do so with us for as little as $329.00. This price covers everything you need to officially form your new company.

After the first year you will have to pay only $175 annually for a corporation ($125 to the State of Delaware for franchise taxes, and only $50 to HBS for our registered agent fee), and $300 annually for an LLC ($250 to the State of Delaware for franchise taxes, and $50 to HBS for our registered agent fee).

Keep in mind that the $50 fee to HBS is GUARANTEED to never go up for the life of your company! This will save you up to $200 each year, and possibly thousands of dollars decades down the road, compared to what you would pay with other registered agents.
